Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms. This App is a calculator tool for tracking bets between consenting adults and is not intended for users under 18.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized access to your account and must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

3. Game Rules & Scoring

All games played on the App follow standard golf betting rules as configured by the game host. Players agree to:

• Report scores honestly and accurately after each hole
• Follow the betting rules established by the game host
• Abide by the game format selected (Skins, Nassau, etc.)
• Not attempt to manipulate scores or game data

Disputes over scoring must be resolved between players. We do not arbitrate game disputes or reverse settled games.

4. Betting Calculator & Wagers

By using the App to track bets, you acknowledge that:

• All wagers are made voluntarily between consenting adults
• You understand the risks associated with gambling and betting
• You are responsible for all money wagered—this App only calculates and tracks bets
• The App does not process payments or handle funds; all settlements are managed directly between players
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations and are not responsible for settlement disputes
• We do not guarantee any outcome or protect against losses
• Betting is illegal in some jurisdictions—it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws

5. Settlement & Payments

The App calculates settlements based on game results and displays what each player owes or is owed. Settlement amounts are informational only. The App does not process payments or transfer funds between players. All payments for settled wagers must be arranged directly between players. We are not responsible for enforcing payment of debts or disputes over settlement amounts.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, manipulate scores, or exploit game mechanics
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of local laws
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Spam, advertise, or solicit other users

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POT LIMIT GOLF AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY WAGERS PLACED THROUGH IT.

We provide the App "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of GPS data, scoring calculations, or game results. We are not responsible for network outages, data loss, or technical failures that may affect your game.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pot Limit Golf, its owners, operators, and employees from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or any wagers you place.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including logos, text, graphics, and code) are the exclusive property of Pot Limit Golf or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, cheating, or prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United States.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
